Their food and drinks are always fine and staff are always kind. However, if you go there early in the morning you'll wait for a minimum of 5 minutes while one employee gets everything for your order. It's happened to me over a dozen times.
Terrible customer service. Rude employees. Long wait times. Sometimes you don’t get your food. Old donuts.
I never get great service here...they can have this Dunkin donuts. It seems to cater to a certain kind of people
The coffee is always fresh at this particular location. The customer service is excellent!!! At anytime of the day, you can enjoy both.
